RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At Amoramour Beauty, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that
every skin journey is unique, and we are committed to making your experience with us as
smooth and positive as possible — including the return process.
Return Window & Eligibility
You may return most new or gently used Amoramour Beauty products within 30 days of the
original purchase date for a full refund to the original form of payment (excluding shipping fees).
Returns requested between 31 and 60 days of the original purchase date are eligible for store
credit only.
All returns must include:
- The product in its original packaging
- Any included components (lids, droppers, accessories)
- A proof of purchase (receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our handcrafted, skincare-focused products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products returned after 60 days from the purchase date
- Items with excessive use or damage
- Opened products without proof of purchase
- Gift cards
- Final sale
- promotional items
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse or abuse of our policy
Refunds & Store Credit
- If you paid by credit/debit card or PayPal, refunds will be issued to the original payment
method. - Orders paid with an Amoramour Beauty gift card will be refunded as store credit.
- Store credit (for returns made after 30 days) will be issued as an electronic gift card for future use.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account after we receive
and process the return.
How to Return a Product
- For Online Purchases:
You may return your item either by mail or by contacting our customer service for assistance.
Please repackage the item securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Include your
packing slip or order confirmation inside the package. - Trackable shipping method.
Amoramour Beauty is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect
product). - Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of
delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly replace the item or offer a refund.
Important Notes
- Returns are subject to validation and approval.
- Excessive returns or suspected misuse (such as reselling or fraud) may result in a
restriction of return privileges. - To protect product integrity and hygiene standards, all returned products are responsibly
discarded and never resold.
